President Joe Biden’s Build Back Better Plan has been stalled by the Senate until next year, as they cannot get full approval.
The bill, held back by negotiations, would provide funding for various interest groups including immigration, climate, education, COVID-19, tax laws, and healthcare. It seems there are disagreements about what should be included in the bill, as well as what should take priority.
The main focus of Sen. Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) and the Democrats is passing legislation that would federalize many voting procedures to undo the GOP’s election integrity bills passed after the 2020 election, despite there being a loud concern regarding the extension of the Child Tax Credit.
