DNC Under More Pressure to Add Debates

Pressure continues to mount against the DNC and Chairman Debbie Wasserman Shultz to change course on the limit of six sanctioned debates or to release the ban on participation in outside forums.

As Bernie Sanders and increasingly Joe Biden continue to pick up support among Democrat faithful, the pressure to create more venues for public exposure is putting a spotlight on what some argue is Shultz’ clear plan to shield Hillary from competition.

Gov. Martin O’Malley has for weeks criticized Shultz’ refusal to budge as an obvious sign that the system ‘rigged’ in Hillary’s favor.

But should Sanders and Biden join O’Malley in that criticism, Hillary could be forced to press Shultz for reconsideration out of fear that Democrat voters perceive a rigged system as a reality.
