Here’s Ben Carson’s Response To Donald Trump’s Heated Attacks

“Pray for him.”

That’s 2016 GOP Presidential hopeful Ben Carson’s response to fellow White House contender and real estate mogul Donald Trump’s scathing attack on Carson.

Speaking in Iowa for over an hour and a half Thursday night, Trump compared Carson to a child molester while calling Iowa voters “stupid.”

According to MSN:

“U.S. presidential candidate Ben Carson recommended praying for rival Donald Trump after the real-estate mogul and television personality, in a 95-minute rant in Iowa, likening him to a child molester, Carson’s business manager said on Friday.

“When I spoke with Dr. Carson about this yesterday how we should respond, you know he was so sad about it. He said: “Pray for him.” He feels sorry for him because he really likes Mr. Trump,” Armstrong Williams, who often acts as Carson’s surrogate in the media, told CNN.

“To see him just imploding before our very eyes – it’s just sad to watch,” Williams said.”

The article notes Trump’s controversial comments regarding Carson.

Speaking in Iowa on Thursday evening, Trump, a leading contender for the Republican nomination in the 2016 presidential election, cast doubt on Carson’s oft-reported story of lunging at someone with a hunting knife as a child, an episode that Carson says led him to his Christian faith.

He said the incident showed Carson had a “pathological” temper.

“If you’re pathological, there’s no cure for that,” Trump said. “If you’re a child molester, there’s no cure. They can’t stop you…How stupid are the people of Iowa? How stupid are the people of the country to believe that crap?”

  1. Ben, you’re absolutely right. All you can do for a blowhard like Trump-eter is to pray for him, hoping God doesn’t go too hard on him for such an outburst of putrid hatred for a man who could one day save his life. I really think this ranting and raging marks the beginning of the end for Trump. Who knows? Maybe he’s purposely “throwing the fight” because he remembered that he was happier in the Real Estate business. Either way, Trump is going down and Carson is going up.

  2. I like Ben and I like Trump both. I wish Trump would just shut his mouth about Carson. There are so many other things to talk about.

  3. Wasn’t there at least one advisor telling him this was not a good idea. I suspect there was, but who would dare contradict Trump. If anyone did, they are unemployed. If elected the same thing will happen. He will be surrounded by people afraid of losing their job if they disagree. Putin and ISIS will not back down to him.

  4. I’m curious to know why so many people support Ben Carson. I like him. I think he’s very smart and a great surgeon. Maybe people like him because he’s soft spoken. I suppose he was a good administrative leader. Would he be a great leader of our country? Obama is smart and a good speaker. He is a terrible leader. I do not like him. I’m also not a big fan of Trump. He is a good businessman but is questionable as the leader of our country. Are we going to select the best candidate or are we going to settle on one because of his/her promises or maybe just flip a coin?

  5. Both are good men even though some of Carson’s background is in question, time will tell the truth. As for Trump, he should think before he speaks & be more careful w/ his statements. He is screwing up his nomination w/ these remarks.

    • Some of Carson’s background is in question? Why? He was honest and told about his troubled youth. Did he continue down that path? NO! Unlike that sorry, greedy Trump, he instead worked hard, put himself through medical school and has saved thousands of children’s lives. What has Trump done for anybody but himself? Not one blamed thing. In fact, filing bankruptcy FOUR times and wiping out thousands of peoples jobs but keeping his money safe and intact I would say was certainly detrimental actions.
