John McCain is not expected to ever make it back to the Senate floor to cast a vote, reports say.
The legendary Arizona Senator’s health has continued to decline in recent weeks.
Sen. Orrin Hatch made the prediction to a DC based media outlet.
According to Politico:
“Hatch said he does not expect McCain, who is battling brain cancer, to return to the Senate.
“That’s what I’ve been told,” said Hatch, who is 84 and retiring after this year. “I don’t know. I hope he does, I hope he can.”
Hatch believes McCain should invite President Trump to his funeral after reportedly snubbing the President in favor of Vice President Pence.
