Court Removes Injunction on Planned Parenthood Videos

This weekend saw the release of the eighth undercover video by the Center for Medical Progress in its sting operation against Planned Parenthood.

The video was quickly posted after a federal judge rescinded her earlier restraining order on releases that concern medical researcher StemExpress, which official broke ties with Planned Parenthood earlier in the month after increase scrutiny.

In the video, StemExpress CEO Cate Dyer is seen joking over lunch about the purchase of “intact cases,” a medical euphemism for the entire body of an aborted baby.

Additional videos are expected to be released by CMP in the coming days and weeks, which promise to keep afresh the ongoing furor over Planned Parenthood’s taxpayer subsidies.
