According to insiders, “positive signals” point to the probability that Biden will soon announce, an eventuality bolstered by fundraising reports from the independent Draft Biden 2016 PAC.
Newly appointed chairman and former Obama bundler Jon Cooper mused that he wouldn’t have stepped into the leadership role for the PAC if he did not believe Biden to be running.
