Darryl Glenn became an overnight sensation last week after winning the Colorado Republican Senate Primary, and now calls are heating up to allow Glenn to speak later this month in Cleveland at the Republican National Convention.

It’s clear the popular Air Force Vet has “rockstar” potential in conservative circles.

Glenn’s grassroots campaign picked up a major win a few weeks before the primary at the Colorado GOP convention, where he edged out the favorite, a State Senator, to qualify for ballot access. That win energized Colorado conservatives, and last Tuesday, Glenn won the primary by an impressive margin.

Glenn passionately endorsed GOP Presidential nominee Donald Trump on Saturday.

According to Breitbart:

“Glenn, the conservative who was endorsed by Ted Cruz and is seen as one of the closest candidates to Cruz this election cycle, is ready for party unity.

“While I might not agree with everything Donald Trump says, I proudly stand with Donald Trump,” Glenn said in his remarks at the Summit.

“We need to come together and it is my job, it is my job, and I’m taking it as a personal responsibility to deliver Colorado for Donald Trump. Because we have to do this,” Glenn said.

“I’m calling you on to stand with me, and to stand with Donald Trump, and let’s win this election.”

Colorado GOP Vice Chair Derrick Wilburn believes Glenn would do a fantastic job in Cleveland.

“(P)ut Darryl Glenn on stage at the RNC in primetime. He’s good for u & Colorado & viceversa,” Willburn said in a tweet, also posting a video in support of Glenn.
