Breaking: Supreme Court Rules 6 Week “Heartbeat” Abortion Ban ILLEGAL

The Supreme Court has ruled North Dakota’s “heartbeat” abortion ban after 6 weeks is unconstitutional.

According to The Hill:

“The Supreme Court on Monday ruled that North Dakota officials cannot enforce a controversial “fetal heartbeat” law that would have banned abortions as early as six weeks.

The justices upheld a lower court’s ruling from July 2015, which struck down the measure. North Dakota’s sole abortion clinic filed the lawsuit challenging the measure shortly after the law was approved in 2013.

North Dakota’s law – one of the strictest in the country – has been closely watched in the courts as many other GOP-led states look to tighten their abortion standards.

Opponents of the law argued it violated the Supreme Court’s ruling in the landmark Roe v. Wade case…”

  1. Roe v. Wade was an abomination and nothing more then sanctioned murder from a ethereal privacy that never existed in the Constitution. Nothing different here between SCOTUS and the Nazi courts of the 3rd Reich.

  2. If a newborn baby is killed moments after birth, it’s murder. If a late term abortion is performed. (usually out of convenience) is okay? Just blows the mind.

  3. When there is a heart beating, that is life. To abort something that has a heartbeat, is killing. How does the Supreme Court not understand this?
