Katrina Person, a top aide to 2016 GOP Presidential candidate Donald Trump, recently sported a necklace made from bullets in an interview on CNN.

Pierson’s necklace caused quite a stir from journalists on Twitter, leading to an epic showdown in which she absolutely destroyed her haters.

According to Politico:

“Katrina Pierson, Donald Trump’s national spokeswoman, responded to criticism of a necklace made of bullets that she wore during an interview by tweeting that she could wear something even more politically divisive in her next public appearance — a fetus, to “bring awareness to 50 million aborted people that will never [get] to be on Twitter.” She later made clear, however, that she was not being literal.”

After the initial interview, a CNN reporter asked her, via Twitter: “ We noticed your bullet necklace on our air. Is there a message behind it?

According to Politico, “In response, Pierson tweeted: “Made in ! Real ammo. Support your local small business owners!

A tweet from Shannon Watts, founder of Moms Demand Action for Gun Sense in America, suggested the real reason Pierson wore the necklace.

“Surely @KatrinaPierson wore bullet necklace on #CNN to bring attention to 90 Americans fatally shot daily #gunsense,” Watts tweeted.”
