The Department of Energy’s Office of Science is requiring all scientists and researchers to include diversity plans based on Critical Race Theory in their projects for federal funding. Their plans must detail how research will help “individuals from groups and communities historically minoritized in STEM fields and careers”. If the project doesn’t help those groups sufficiently enough, you won’t be considered for funding. Biden signed an executive order for the purpose of “advancing racial equity” in the federal government. The Office of Science is using billions of dollars in federal funding to push the Critical Race Theory.
