His “‘I Am Spartacus’ Moment?” Bonkers Booker’s Odd Kavanaugh Hearing Tactics

Cory Booker

The liberal media and right-wing outlets alike are talking about Sen. Cory Booker (D-NJ) and his unusual approach to opposing Judge Kavanaugh’s nomination to the Supreme Court.

“The New Jersey Democrat vowed to sacrifice his seat and even compared himself to Spartacus during Kavanaugh’s confirmation hearing, so important did he deem the 16-year-old emails from Kavanaugh discussing post-9/11 racial profiling as a White House lawyer. Booker pronounced the move an act of “civil disobedience” and said he was ready to face punishment, including the loss of his Senate seat,” per Fox’s coverage.

“This is about the closest I’ll probably ever have in my life to an ‘I am Spartacus’ moment,” said Booker.

It became public knowledge later on Thursday, however, that the documents were in fact previously cleared for public viewing.

Moreover, the supposed bombshell 2002 emails from Judge Kavanaugh that Booker made such a show about releasing merely demonstrate that Kavanaugh . . . opposed racial profiling after 9/11.

Democrats have officially reached new levels of deranged.
