Politico reports, “White House press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders said that Trump had been briefed on the mass shooting, and that he was expected to deliver remarks on the tragedy later in the morning.”
Per the Associated Press, at this time, at least 50 people have died of their injuries during the shooting, with about 400 others injured and taken to hospital for medical care.
