After a protester wearing a turban was removed from a rally today, Donald Trump referenced the fact the man was not wearing a “Make America Great Again” hat.

“Was he wearing one of those? And he never will, and he never will, and he never will, but that’s OK, because we have to do something folks, because it’s not working,” Trump said.

By “one of those,” Trump is referring to one of the many Make America Great Again hats in the crowd. Repeating “he never will” shows the man in question wasn’t wearing one of the hats today and never will.

It’s self evident. Now look at how the media portrays it! In this case, immensely disappointing from The Hill, they are one of the best usually… No wonder people can’t believe what they read about Trump!

According to The Hill:

“During the rally, two protesters – including one man wearing a red turban – draped a sign over an auditorium balcony that read, “Stop Hate.”

He wasn’t wearing one of those hats, was he?” Trump asked the crowd after the men were escorted out of the venue.

“Was he wearing one of those? And he never will, and he never will, and he never will, but that’s OK, because we have to do something folks, because it’s not working,” he added.

It is unclear whether Trump was referring to one of his signature “Make American Great Again” hats or to the man’s head garb.”
