Hillary Clinton’s beleaguered campaign continues to stumble along with fits and restarts as her competitors press full steam ahead with chipping away at her inevitability.

Though she continues apace with a majority lead among Democrat primary voters, polls continue to track in the wrong direction both nationally and in the early primary states.

In its most recent poll, Quinnipiac University is now showing Hillary losing in three critical battleground states to potential Republican nominees.

In deeply blue Colorado, Hillary would lose to Bush, Walker and Rubio by at least five points and as many as nine. The result is almost identical in Iowa.

Virginia, which is for the GOP a sine qua non for a White House victory, shows Hillary losing to all three candidates by two to three points. While it is well within the margin of error, that the state has become competitive this early and that it is trending away from Hillary is not a welcome sign for Democrats.
