Kasich Fails To Collect Enough Ballot Signatures In Pennsylvania

GOP Presidential hopeful and Ohio Gov. John Kasich will still be on the ballot in Pennsylvania despite not turning in enough signatures.

Kasich has said he will drop out if he loses Tuesday’s Ohio primary to Donald Trump.

According to reports:

Wow. This guy wants to be the nominee, but couldn’t pull off signature collection in Pennsylvania.

The most significant part of this story is that Pennsylvania, like Michigan and Ohio, is supposed to be the part of the country wherein Kasich relates. And he can’t pull off getting the signatures so he has to run to court and have the court ignore the rules.

Kasich called Michigan a must win then lost it in third place. It is an open question whether or not he can win Ohio. And now Pennsylvania should be off the table. He is staying on the ballot because of a technicality and a judge, not because he actually complied with the rules.”
