While not naming Trump, Biden said that the last four years have challenged the Euro-American relationship and that the United States and Europe need to work together on issues like climate change.
Joe Biden is proving that he will focus on the needs of other countries alongside what the United States needs. As an American president, Biden should care about Americans first.
