President Trump and Republicans are bracing themselves for the impeachment battle against the House Democrats who are threatening to impeach and attempt to remove Trump from office.
As it stands, former administration officials are making the case that Trump pressured Ukraine into providing information on Biden so that he could use it as political leverage. Despite concrete evidence or substantiation from Ukraine, Democrats are driven to remove Trump from office.
Despite these efforts, Trump and Republicans are convinced there was no misconduct and they are prepared to “return fire.” In addition to this strategy, Republicans are confident that the public is slowly moving in their favor with respect to impeachment sentiments, where it seems that “impeachment support among independents has been waning.”
Meanwhile, Senator Lindsey Graham (R-SC) is in the process of investigating former Vice President Joe Biden and his son Hunter Biden for the alleged corrupt involvement with the Ukraine during their time in the Obama administration.
